Booking Conditions

Reserved tickets must be paid for within three days or one hour before the performance, whichever is sooner.

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. We will only resell tickets if all other tickets have been sold. Resale charge is 20% of the ticket value.

Concessions

Where indicated concessions are available for:

• Over 60s
• Jobseekers
• People with disabilities (PWD)
• Students in full-time education
• children under 16 (where appropriate)

A Family Ticket is 4 tickets with a minimum of 2 children.

Where stated discounts are available to Resident Leisure Card holders (RLC). You can find out how to get a Resident Leisure Card from Eastbourne Borough Council's website.

Theatre Access

Please note Theatre doors open 45 minutes prior to the show. The Auditorium doors, wherever possible, open 30 minutes prior to the start of the performance.

Smoking Policy

In line with England’s smoking policy, Eastbourne Theatres are completely no smoking. However, please be aware that when artistically required, smoking will occur on stage.
