Have you been to a press night before? Please let the Press Officer know if you have any ideas about how we could improve our press nights and service to you.

Reserving Tickets

We usually have a set allocation of press tickets. If you require specific seats, please notify the press officer when requesting your tickets as it may be likely that we cannot change your seats on the night of the show.

The standard amount of tickets available is 2.

If a show is a potential sell out, then we cannot offer tickets until 24 hours before the show (if available).

Picking Up Your Tickets

Tickets will be put by in the name of the publication and picked up by the reviewer on the night of the show.

Press Nights

We hold press nights mainly for week-long productions, Pantomime and our in-house Summer Production. On press nights, you can pick your tickets up from the Press Officer who will be waiting at the Ticket Office.

If there is a high number of press, we offer complimentary drinks during the interval. You will be notified about this on the night of the performance.

Programmes

It is possible for some shows to receive a complimentary programme but this cannot always be guaranteed. Please ask either the Press Officer or Duty Manager on the night to see if one is available for you.

No-Shows

If you book review tickets but do not attend without notifying either the Box Office or the Press Officer, then Eastbourne Theatres may charge you for tickets that have not been used.
