COVID-19 UPDATE 25 Mar 2020, 17:30pm

All shows at Eastbourne Theatres are now either cancelled or postponed up until Sunday 17 May.

Please do not contact Box Office, we are working through shows in date order.  We will be able to issue some refunds without contacting you. Otherwise, we will contact customers either by email, letter or phone with details for each individual show.

We will continue to post updates on individual shows on our social media pages and website over the coming days so please keep checking back.

Due to the current circumstances concerning the COVID-19 virus, all performances up to and including Sunday 17th May have been suspended and our Box Office has had to close until further notice.

Where possible, shows are being rescheduled and details will be available in due course.  We will try and get the new dates for rescheduled shows up on our web-site and social media platforms as we confirm them. Where a customer is unable to attend the new date, refunds will be given.  

Refunds will be made for all cancelled shows, and are currently being processed by our team in date order. 

During this period, our small but dedicated team will continue to work remotely where possible. However, please be aware that it will be much more difficult for them to answer queries or emails during this period and that there may be a significant delay in you receiving a response.

We are looking forward to welcoming you back to Eastbourne Theatres as soon as possible with an exciting programme of shows. Our website remains open 24 hours a day with tickets available for future performances. We will also continue to post ongoing updates regarding cancellations and rescheduled dates on both our website and social media channels.

Tickets can be paid for by Cash, Credit/Debit Card and Theatre Vouchers. There is a £1 charge for tickets to be posted. Tickets can also be collected from the venue - you must bring the card that you used to purchase the tickets in order to collect them.

Most events are bookable online subject to a per ticket booking fee. Tickets booked online from this website can be printed at home, posted for a £1 charge or collected from the theatre.

Tickets can also be purchased at the Tourist Information Centre on Cornfield Terrace.

Reservations

Tickets can be reserved for 3 days without payment. For groups of 10+ a longer reservation period is available, please speak to box office at time of booking for further information.

Concessions/Discounts

Only one concession/discount applies per ticket. Please inform us if you are entitled to concessions at the time of booking as changes cannot be made once tickets have been issued. Subject to availability.

Please note where concessionary tickets have been purchased suitable ID may be requested. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. School, group and disabled concessions are not available online, please contact the Box Office on 01323 412000 if you wish to book tickets of this type.

Children under 2 are welcome at family productions. A £2 ticket will apply to shows considered suitable; otherwise the standard prices will apply. Booster seats are available at the venues on a first come first served basis.

Booking Fee

On selected shows a per ticket booking fee is included in the advertised ticket price. For many incoming productions, the majority of the ticket income is paid to the production company or promoter. The booking fee is entirely retained by the venue.
All tickets are non-refundable.

Agency Tickets

Please note that tickets for our shows may sometimes be available on outside agency websites (such as Ticket Master, SeeTickets), be aware that purchasing tickets on these sites may incur extra charges.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are available for purchase from any Eastbourne Theatres box office including Eastbourne Tourist Information Centre and are redeemable against shows at the Congress Theatre, Devonshire Park Theatre and Winter Garden. Vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.

Terms & Conditions
